If you are looking for or have heard of trigger point therapy or myofascial release, please know that my unique massage technique incorporates both of these techniques within both my deep tissue and relaxation massages. If you are looking for a greater level of focus on trigger point, choose deep tissue. If you are looking for more of a focus on releasing myofascial restrictions, choose relaxation.
