Welcome to kneadnomad, a mobile massage therapy service. By booking and using my services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all clients and are designed to ensure a safe, professional, and enjoyable experience for both you and myself.

2. Services Provided

I offer relaxation massage, deep tissue massage, and cupping.

3. Payment

• Payment Methods: I accept payments either prior to the massage via my website or after the massage via cash, Venmo, or Zelle.

• Refunds: Refunds are not provided for completed services. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact me and we’ll work something out.

4. Health and Safety

• Client Health: It is your responsibility to inform me of any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or other relevant health issues prior to the session. My services are not a substitute for medical treatment, and I do not diagnose or prescribe treatments for any medical conditions.

• Hygiene: I adhere to strict hygiene protocols. Clients are expected to maintain personal hygiene standards. If I deem a client unfit for a massage due to hygiene or health reasons, the session may be terminated.

5. Therapist Conduct and Client Behavior

• Professionalism: I am a licensed professional who adheres to strict ethical guidelines. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session.

• Client Conduct: Clients are expected to behave respectfully and appropriately at all times. Any harassment, violence, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.

6. Liability

• Injury: kneadnomad is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the services provided unless caused by the gross negligence of the therapist.

7. Confidentiality

All personal information shared with kneadnomad is confidential and will not be shared with third parties without the client’s explicit consent, except as required by law.

I reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time and continued use of my services will indicate acceptance of the updated terms.
